Acceptance of Conditions

Access to and use of this site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the service.

User Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). Any action taken from your account commits you personally. You must inform us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

You guarantee that the information provided about your establishments is accurate, up to date and does not violate any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Any inappropriate, defamatory, illegal or contrary to public decency content will be deleted immediately. The content you publish remains your property, but you grant GoPDC.cloud a licence to use it for distribution on the platform. The GoPDC.cloud platform, its design and editorial content are the exclusive property of GoPDC.cloud.

Payment and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to your choice at the time of subscription. Payments are made via Stripe, our secure payment provider. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your personal account. In the event of cancellation, access to your premium features will be maintained until the end of the period already paid. No refund is made for the current period, except as required by law.

Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from your personal account or by contacting us. GoPDC.cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, fraudulent use of the service or inappropriate behaviour, without notice or refund.

Liability and Warranty Limitation

GoPDC.cloud strives to provide a quality service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. GoPDC.cloud cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of data, commercial prejudice) resulting from the use or inability to use the service. GoPDC.cloud's liability is limited to the total amount of sums paid by the user over the last 12 months.

Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lanzarote, Spain. Spanish law is applicable.
