GoPDC.cloud is published by a company based in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, Spain. Data controller: contact@gopdc.cloud. Hosting: secure hosting with GDPR-compliant certifications.
Data Collection
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the service: name, email address, encrypted password (non-reversible). For merchants, we also collect information relating to their establishments (name, address, contact details, photos, descriptions) that they voluntarily provide to us. For push notifications (optional), we securely store your subscription endpoint and the cryptographic keys necessary for encrypting notifications. This data is automatically deleted if you disable push notifications.
Notifications Push : Pour vous envoyer des notifications push dans votre navigateur, nous collectons et stockons de manière sécurisée votre endpoint de subscription (URL unique fournie par votre navigateur), ainsi que les clés cryptographiques nécessaires au chiffrement des notifications (p256dh, auth). Ces données sont stockées de manière chiffrée et servent uniquement à vous envoyer des notifications. Vous pouvez supprimer vos abonnements push à tout moment depuis la page "Notifications" de votre compte.
Data Use
Your data is used exclusively to: provide and improve the GoPDC.cloud service, manage your account and subscriptions, contact you regarding your account or services, comply with our legal obligations. We never sell your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the service (hosting, payment) and only under GDPR-compliant contracts.
Data Protection
We use state-of-the-art technologies to secure your data: SSL/TLS encryption for transmissions, passwords hashed with Argon2id algorithm, secure sessions, encrypted backups. Your data is hosted in secure infrastructures with physical and logical protection measures.
Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for the entire duration of your use of the service, and for a maximum of 3 years after your last login for inactive accounts. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your Rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access to your personal data, right to rectification of inaccurate data, right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@gopdc.cloud. We will respond within a maximum of one month.
Cookies
We use essential cookies (session, security, default language). Google Analytics cookies are stored only with your consent; they use anonymised IP addresses and a 13-month retention period. You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
